Caroline Fogleman, O.D.
Dr. Fogleman brings extensive knowledge and training in optometry to the Wilmington community. As an ocular decease residency trained optometrist, she has the ability to use cutting edge technology and procedures to ensure patients have the best results.
Dr Fogleman graduated from UNC - Chapel Hill with a BS in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry, and completed her residency at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. She is licensed in N.C. and is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina Optometric Society, and the South Eastern Optometric Society.
Dr. Fogleman is a North Carolinian who is happy to call Wilmington home. If she is not at the beach, she is chasing after her daughter and dogs, Odin and Luna. If that’s not enough of a workout, you can find her on the Peloton leaderboard. She is passionate about all things related to beach life, taking care of our troops and volleyball.
Edward Weaver Jr., O.D.
Dr Weaver graduated from the University of N.C. at Chapel Hill (BS) and East Carolina University (MA).
He received his doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been practicing in Wilmington since 1986. Dr Weaver is a member of the New Hanover County Board of Health, American Optometric Association and is a deacon and elder in First Presbyterian Church of Wilmington. He is also active with Cub Scouts in Wilmington.
